A guided tour of Dr. King's Birth Home can be a highlight of your visit to the national historic site. Make sure you get there early, tours are limited to 15 people each and fill up quickly

Atlanta is home to the Martin Luther King Jr. National Historic Site and the Center for Civil and Human Rights. Both provide a great history lesson, really digging into some fascinating stories about Civil Right heroes, and will no doubt be a highlight of your trip to Atlanta.
